Your invitation to deep presence

When was the last time you had an adventure? Maybe travelling. Maybe meeting someone new. Maybe taking up a new hobby.

Do you remember the sense of excitement, maybe nervousness too? That’s because adventures invite us to an encounter with the unknown. With the unplannable and unforeseen. We choose to dance with the universe, to let a relationship blossom or a piece of art or creative writing unfold. We let go.

It’s easier to let go when we’re young. Not much to lose - and a world that welcomes youth. As we age, we can get stuck in our ways, devoted to our own comfort zone. Yet life beckons us to adventure if we stay open to it. Opportunities come our way, to grow and deepen in ways we might not have imagined.

What stops you being open to adventure?

Usually it’s fear - of loss, of failure, of looking silly, or of pain…

We can grow out of the practice of adventure. But we can grow that practice back, in small steps if needs be. Steps that help move our bodies back into flow, and our habitual thoughts out of the way. Long enough for  magic to enter our lives again. Long enough to open us back up to the potency of deep presence with ourselves and with each other.

So dance. Make art. Open up a new conversation. Invite a new person into your life. Trust your intuition and see what unfolds for you!

If you sense there’s more adventure than you’re letting into your life but you’re anxious about letting it back in, I’m here to help move you through fear and into flow.
