Are you up for adventure?
It’s holiday season. And while that can be fun, for some of us it brings a whole lot of stress and anxiety. Because, if you’re travelling to an unfamiliar place, meeting strangers and coming out of your comfort zone, anything could happen!
So how do you roll with adventure? When things ‘go wrong’, how do you respond?
Can you catch a curveball and dance with it?
I’ve met some seriously serene people in my life. People who exude calmness, patience and unruffledness. What I’ve learnt is that when life throws them the unexpected, when their best-laid plans fall apart, they invite in the opportunity it gifts them.
Rather than tensing up around the ‘wrong’ thing, they’ve opened up to the innate generosity of life, to the way it always tests us just the right way. So rather than feeling victimised when things fall apart, they choose to retain their agency in responding creatively. In adapting. In dancing with life.
If you’re facing the unfamiliar - from holiday plans to a deeper upheaval in your life - and would like support to navigate it in a way that’s less stressful and more serene, reach out. I’ve helped hundreds of women transition through change, unplanned turns of life and simple, everyday overwhelm into a life that flows with grace.
