My name is Sarah-Jayne, Mentor, Guide, I hold an MA degree in Creative Psychotherapy and many other qualifications that support my work and therefore you…including Shamanic, Energy Work, body work, EMDR, Theta Healing and The 360 Emergence. I am a published Author, dancer, seeker and speaker of Truth’s. I am an advocate for you being the greatest and most expressed version of yourself in this life.

I know the journey of self loathing turned to self love & acceptance. I know the path of pain turned into pleasure. I know the place of The Fertile Void: the LIMINAL. The place where the UN-becoming becomes the BE-coming. The mind that leads us astray and the body that knows.

My work is as vast as it is deep. This is where we get to explore, excavate, alchemise and emerge.
