How does it feel to ask for help?
When you’re healing, or growing in new ways, there are crisis points. A doorway stands open, a choice point which invites a commitment, because to make a choice means to turn away from something. To cross a threshold means leaving behind something or someone.
It’s a choice FOR yourself. And it can look like a crisis, a stumbling point.
Moving through that crisis point calls on your strength, sometimes all your belief in yourself. And it can feel lonely, because ultimately you are the only one who can make that next move.
But that doesn’t mean you have to do it alone.
If you’re feeling stuck at a crisis point or scared to move forward, it’s time to gather in support. Asking for help is an act of courage. It is not a one-off act; it is the beginning of a committed partnership with yourself.
By stepping forward and following through, you gift yourself clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of possibility. The first step may be difficult — but the path it opens can be life-changing.
