The Wild Embrace

  • Tofte Manor Souldrop Road Bedford, England, MK44 United Kingdom (map)

An exploration of the forgotten feminine.

A day of restoration, reclamation and remembering for women in midlife.

Midlife can bring us to a powerful threshold. Bodies change. Brains change. Desire changes. And often, we find ourselves asking, what now?

The Wild Embrace is a day of restoration, reclamation and remembering. A space to reconnect with who you are at a core level, to listen deeply to the body, and to explore sensuality, vitality and lifeforce energy in a new way.

Through movement, honest conversation and expert-led support, we will explore what it means to meet this stage of life with curiosity, truth and embodied wisdom.

Our libido is not just sexual energy. It is creative energy. Lifeforce energy. The fire within.

This is your invitation to reignite yours.

Included in the day:

  • Movement

  • Raw, real conversations around midlife, sensuality and vitality

  • Educational, informative and immersive guidance

  • Expert support across sexual health, body health, movement and therapeutic practice

Held by experienced practitioners in their fields, this day is designed to be enlightening, expansive and deeply supportive.
