A day of morning movement in nature
A day of morning, movement in nature
A gentle immersion for those who wish to deepen their sensory awareness within and without.
Spring Awake is a gentle morning immersion of movement, breath, nature and embodied presence held at the beautiful grounds of Tofte Manor in Bedfordshire.
This is a space for slowing down.
For listening.
For reconnecting with the body beneath the noise of everyday life.
Through guided movement, sensory awareness and time in nature, you are invited into a softer, deeper relationship with yourself and the world around you.
There is nothing to achieve here.
Nothing to fix.
Only an opening into presence, feeling and remembering what it means to fully inhabit the body.
