A 10-week journey home to self for midlife women without children
Struggling with a midlife transition?
Wondering where ‘you’ have gone?
Feeling untethered and lost?
Child-free and menopausal?
10 weeks to journey into the profound grace of midlife transition. Time for you - to land into a safe, nourishing space and unwrap the wisdom gifts of this powerful passage.
This phase of our lives can find us feeling stripped bare, as if we are starting over again. So much can arise; grief, anger and loss.
Yet when we can drop in deep, to listen and bear witness to ourselves and others, we discover potent healing.
Importantly, when we find a safe space to share our experiences, we learn that we are not alone.
We will come to understand its value as a sacred passage through which we embody our wildest authenticity and liberate our brilliance.
You’ll walk away with practical tools to help you navigate change at all levels of your being, along with a full-hearted community of women who have your back.

“I first met Sarah-Jayne after a relationship break-up. She helped me look at my life from an outside perspective, it helped me see the many different parts (e.g. good nutrition, thoughts/emotions) that made up who I was and how I affected my own life with my thoughts and actions…

What if I can’t attend each session live?
The Tuesday sessions will not be recorded, however the other online sessions and download resources will still be available, with lifetime access.
Are there payment plans?
Yes. You are welcome to pay upfront, or in stages. More information on this can be found below.
I also offer 2 scholarship places for women in need. Contact me to apply.
Will I need to share my story or experience?
No, there is no pressure to share. However, this will be a safe space in which trust and mutual support flourish. Each woman benefits from sharing her experience and from hearing others’ stories. Do remember we ALL learn from each other and the more we practise speaking our Truth, the more we heal and also help others. Everything is an invitation, but the invitation…go as deep as you dare…
I’m unsure this is right for me, can we chat?
Of course. It’s important that you feel this is the right step at the right time.
What are the dates?
The first Monday session will take place November 11th and we run for 10 weeks, taking a 2-week break mid-December.
How will you ensure safety and confidentiality?
I have years of experience in holding deeply safe spaces both online and in person.
We will take time and care to build trust in the group and always ensure confidentiality.
